Loving, Caring Community of Children in Baseco (L3CB) was organized in 2019 and is based in a highly urbanized community in Manila. It has 24 active members and they claimed that they organized L3CB as their organization. L3CB objective is to advocate for children’s rights and to hear the voice of the children in the community. They know that not all children are the same, some are weak and some are ready to stand up. L3CB continue to educate members and the community with children related policy that they can use against abuses especially online. “Binuo po ang L3CB para sa karapatan ng mga kabataan, upang mapakinggan kami. “Hindi lahat ng bata ay malalakas at nakakalaban” (SPYCO)
