Shelter Park Youth & Children Organization (SPYCO) was established in 2017 to support the community in children and youth-elated issues and concerns. It is based in Barangay 170 Caloocan City with 63 active members children and youth. Their objective is to protect the children and youth through child rights education. SPYCO aims to increase community awareness about children and youth policies that protect
them.
