NOONG 2021, ipinagdiwang ang 40th anibersaryo ng Lingap Pangkabataan, Inc. (LPI). Ang organisasyon, kasama ng UCCP Lawaan, JCSFCC Balangiga, at Sta. Margarita ay nakipag-sosyo at nakipartner sa mga mag-aaral ng Ateneo de Manila University upang gabayan ang mga kasosyo ng mga komunidad sa pagsulat ng kanilang Changed Stories.

Ang mga Changed Stories ay mga salaysay mula sa mga miyembro ng kasosyo ng komunidad ng LINGAP. Inilalarawan ng mga Changed Stories ang mga pagbabago na nararanasan ng mga miyembro ng komunidad sa Eastern Samar at ang mga natutunan at mga saloobin ng mga manunulat at ang mga taong iniinterview.

Sa pamamagitan ng proyektong ito, nais naming ibahagi sa mga miyembro ng komunidad ang mga kasanayan, kaalaman at layunin na kinakailangan sa epektibong pagkukwento. Umaasa din kami na makakuha sila ng mga mahalagang aralin at karanasan sa kanilang pagsulat ng kwento.
